The Role

Veeva Systems is looking for a Clinical Data Practice Manager who will become a leading member of our Clinical Data Asia Services team, providing Clinical Data solutions (EDC, CDB, RTSM and ePRO) for customers in Asia. You will lead customer clinical study implementations by providing expertise with clinical data management, randomization, trial supply management, enablement program and best practices. You will act as a customer advocate, working closely with other Veeva teams (Services, Product, Sales, Strategy) to ensure customer success today and in the future. This is a full-time permanent role with Veeva.

What You'll Do

    • Manage professional services consultants (day-to-day activities, performance review, etc.)
    • Grow your delivery team by sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new members
    • Manage the allocation of resources across different projects and deliverables
    • Develop the team’s skills with appropriate training (hard and soft skills)
    • Inspire by conveying to your team our company Vision, Values, and guiding principles
    • Provide executive oversight and project sponsorship to ongoing projects
    • Interact and build relationships with all areas of the Veeva business (sales team, product team, strategy team)

Requirements

    • 10+ years in a professional services organization for EDC and/or RTSM, either in pharma or CRO
    • Proven leadership in managing team
    • Proven track record of hiring, training and developing teams with defined targets
    • 3+ years in a people manager role or a team management position
    • Has fluent business English level
    • Proven ability for independent and strategic thinking
    • Ability and willingness to “roll up the sleeves” and take on any Service’ role in a fast-growing environment
