The Role
We are looking for an exceptional, technically savvy product manager who will be a key driver in creating the next generation of Veeva CRM Platform services. Veeva CRM Platform powers the pharmaceutical industry to bring innovation across all phases of drug development. In this role, you will create the plans and features for services that power the Veeva CRM Platform. You will champion the prioritization of platform capabilities needed within the broader organization. You will develop and implement standard methodologies to drive outstanding execution results and increased business value from our customers.
What You'll Do
- Build foundational functionality that directly affects all Veeva CRM customers
- Deeply understand all potential and active services within the Veeva CRM Platform
- Identify, analyze, and articulate customer needs, and value propositions that drive successful development and delivery of products
- Manage product lifecycle from requirements through development and product iterations
- Define and champion the case for new application and platform enhancements
- Work with Engineering, Product Design, and other functions that are geographically distributed
- Establish credibility and rapport with technical and non-technical team members
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in defining and delivering successful platform products in Enterprise Software or SaaS
- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Conceptual understanding & knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, Kubernetes, and AWS
- Ability to think creatively and critically in a dynamic work environment
- Experience with phased product development methodologies and tools
- Technical knowledge of cloud technologies, services, tooling & infrastructure is preferred
- Ability to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision
- Driven, focused, and quick to take ownership of work
Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Veeva Vault administration and customization
- Experience with Life Sciences commercial business organization and processes

Base pay: $90,000 - $175,000
The salary range listed represents the potential base salary range for this position. The actual salary will vary for each candidate based on experience, market, and expected contributions.
