The Role
Veeva’s commercial cloud brings together software, data, and consulting to enable customer centricity in the life sciences industry. We are currently looking for a Solution Consultant to join our sales organisation, drive sales for cloud-based, innovative solutions into major life science organizations, and be responsible for success at key existing customers. As a Solution Consultant, you will deliver value-based product demonstrations and architecture presentations to prospects and existing customers.
What You’ll Do
- As a Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering accurate messaging and demonstrations to prospective customers and managing customer success for existing customers.
- Identify the customer’s challenges and objectives, and demonstrate the solution that addresses these requirements and brings business value to the organization
- Communicate product messaging, valuable market insights, and industry trends to customers
- Identify areas of growth and adoption for customers and proactively provide recommendations
- Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle for all product - and technology-related inquiries
- Participate as a member of the sales team in all aspects of executing a sales strategy and building customer relationships
- Help run the at-scale’ customer success program
- Help maintain various demo environments within the team
- Support marketing initiatives and represent the company at key events
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in either SaaS vendors/technology consulting/life sciences industry
- Customer-facing experience
- Excellent presentation, demonstration, and interpersonal skills
- Ability and skills for business application design and technology
- Proactive and highly motivated; able to work independently
- Full working rights in Singapore
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in Pre-Sales/Solution Consulting
- Understanding of Life Sciences SaaS solutions
- Knowledge of workflows in the pharma ecosystem
