The Role
The Senior QA Operations Manager for Veeva Vault will oversee the QA and Release operations of a large, global team. You will organize and coordinate programs while providing strategic guidance to teams in ways that promote the company’s culture.
What You'll Do
- Transform high-level business strategies into clear, actionable technical/non-technical roadmaps that inspire and align multiple organizations
- Navigate complex organizational dynamics to remove barriers and drive consensus on processes/projects
- Anticipate and mitigate risks before they impact deliverables through strategic planning and proactive problem-solving
- Manage status reporting within the team and to executive management
- Recognize opportunities for process and organizational improvement
Requirements
- The ideal candidate is a hardworking and highly organized professional, with strong communication skills
- Solid understanding of project management, software development best practices and hands-on experience of QA tools like Jira/Confluence/Xray and analytics tools like Sigma
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to design and communicate process steps are a strong requirement
- 5+ years of experience in a high-tech enterprise environment
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, start-up environment across multiple teams with conflicting priorities
- Ability to manage change effectively and with a positive attitude and independently
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred

Compensation
- Base pay: $100,000 - $175,000
- The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
