The Role

Veeva Systems is looking for a Training Consultant to join our Randomization & Trial Supply Management (RTSM) team. As a Training Consultant, you will be an expert on the RTSM processes and system allowing you to train new hires and existing team members. Exceptional writing, editing/formatting, organization, public speaking, and time management skills are a must.

What You'll Do

    • Create RTSM user guides
    • Create RTSM process job aids
    • Create and lead training presentations on RTSM process and features
    • Define and lead RTSM new hire onboarding training
    • Support the Quality Audits team in RTSM customer audits
    • Support external training requirements

Requirements

    • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
    • 2+ years of training/education experience
    • Ability to lead and engage an audience
    • Ability to take initiative and work proactively
    • Superior organizational and communication skills
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-moving environment, but also as part of a team
    • A logical approach to problem-solving and an excellent eye for detail
    • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
    • Ability to travel (~5-10%)

Nice to Have

    • Working Knowledge of RTSM
    • Working Knowledge of FDA and 21 CFR Part 11
    • Audit Preparedness experience
