Position Overview:
As the Director of Human Resources, you will lead the HR function, aligning human capital strategies with business goals to drive organizational growth and operational excellence. You will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies, fostering a high-performance culture, and supporting the growth and scalability of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Talent Management: Oversee full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and talent development to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent in the highly specialized additive manufacturing sector.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster a positive, innovative, and inclusive workplace culture that drives high levels of employee engagement, collaboration, and productivity.
- Performance Management: Design and implement performance management programs, including goal setting, feedback, and career development initiatives.
- Compensation & Benefits: Develop competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with market trends and support the company’s strategic goals.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations, reducing organizational risk and promoting a safe and inclusive work environment.
- HR Operations & Analytics: Leverage HRIS systems to improve HR operations, track key HR metrics, and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Leadership Development: Coach and mentor managers and leaders, providing guidance on performance management, team building, and conflict resolution.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Champion DEI initiatives to build a diverse workforce that drives innovation and reflects the communities we serve.
- Change Management: Lead organizational change efforts, supporting the company’s growth and scalability as it evolves in a fast-paced, technology-driven market.
Qualfications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or other relevant certifications preferred.
- 8+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally within manufacturing, technology, or engineering environments.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and talent management strategies.
- Experience scaling HR functions in high-growth or startup environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Rippling, Workday, ADP) and HR analytics.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base salary for this full-time position is between $170,000 and $230,000. This salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this position in the U.S. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience, job-related skills, related education, work location, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. In addition to a competitive base salary and a comprehensive benefits package, this position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and equity program, as applicable.
