As a Territory Business Manager your focus will be to drive new business development opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, work with internal teams to meet prospect/client needs, and navigate through the prospect’s/client’s buying processes to reach successful closure. This position will play a key role in developing and executing Velsera’s business strategy and expanding our growth opportunities in the biopharma and healthcare segments.

Velsera is a ‘Remote Friendly’ company. The successful candidate for this position could be remote within Germany, Austria, or Switzerland.

What will you do?

    • Drive new business sales and the adoption of Velsera's platform in enterprise accounts.
    • Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
    • Execute against a set of revenue goals including professional services, premier support, and training.
    • Develop relationships and engage with internal cross-functional teams and external partner ecosystems to extend reach and drive new business sales and adoption of the Velsera platform.
    • Build and leverage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to further market adoption of Velsera’s platform.
    • Support all Velsera’s operating cadences and represent a consolidated view of performance metrics to senior Velsera leaders.

Do you have what it takes?

    • You have 5+ years of healthcare and life science direct sales experience and domain knowledge, especially with respect to pharma, health systems (payer & provider), academic medical centers, and including trusted relationships at CxO levels.
    • You have 5+ years of direct sales experience in software or cloud solution presenting to all levels of technical and non-technical leadership internally and with external organizations.
    • You are fluent in English and preferably also German.
    • You can show a track record of developing sustainable new business.
    • You have built an extensive customer network with the healthcare and life science industry.
    • You show strong verbal and written communications skills.
    • If you have a technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS this is considered as a plus.
