We are looking for a self-motivated customer focused professional to join our team and nurture strategic relationships with our most important clients. This role will be responsible for the management of key customer accounts where you will form deep relationships working with our strategic partners at the executive level in many cases. Success at this role will be driven by being an advocate for the customer and their needs and driving the resource required to enable the customer satisfaction to allow us to ultimately grow the relationship and the business.

What will you do?
- Establish relationships with key client decision makers to understand their business goals and how we could help them achieve desired results
- Schedule and run Quarterly Business reviews with our clients
- Facilitate a positive long-term relationships and high potential for repeat business with customers
- Create and execute strategic partner plans and agreements that align with overall corporate business plans
- Work closely with industry partners and Strategic Account sales to drive new sales with current client
- Nurture partner relationships to generate loyalty and growth.
- Ensure partners have access to education, marketing, product, and support materials and maintain open communications between Velsera and our clients
What you bring to the table
- 4-5 years’ industry experience
- Self-motivated, energetic, team player with ability to interact with all levels within an organization including the executive level
- Customer obsessed mindset, be the internal champion for the client and execute on what is required to ensure their success.
- Be able to build effective client relationships as well as internal relationships to ensure that you are driving success for the client.
- Ability to think strategically and competitively and successfully execute these ideas
- In depth understanding of key healthcare concepts.
- Ability to clearly articulate business issues and solutions at a Senior Management level
- Sales and Business Relationship Management
- Background in Healthcare, Life Sciences, SaaS and/or Genomics a plus.
- Product knowledge that spans entire portfolio of offerings
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills
- Capacity to understand and advocate on behalf of partners while maintaining what is in the best interest of the company
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required
- Proficient in Google Office Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, & Salesforce
