Operations: Technical Operations Specialist

Do you have experience working with databases, SQL, or data management systems? Please rate your comfort level (Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced) and provide an example.
Have you worked in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment where attention to detail was critical? Describe the volume and types of tasks you managed.

This role requires obtaining an Individual Health Insurance Producer License (which we facilitate and support). Are you willing and able to complete the licensing process, including studying for and passing the required exam? (Yes/No)

This role will evolve rapidly as our operations scale. Can you share an example where you had to quickly adapt to new systems or changes in process?
