Veo is seeking a skilled Senior Engineer to join its newly established API product team. You will be one of the first technical people on the team, and you will have an important role in laying the foundation for a product offering that makes it super easy to integrate with essential elements of our Veo product offerings at an API level.

What you will do:
- Significant hands-on technical contributions to the product
- Review code to ensure a high standard of team deliveries
- Act as a knowledgeable sparring partner on architectural and technical topics
Qualifications:
- Experience with server-side API design
- Good sense of what makes a good API
- Broad experience with relevant technologies like REST, API Gateway, and Open API
- Experience with a range of relevant backend technologies
- Skilled with agile methodologies and CI/CD
- High standard of work and natural role model for more junior engineers
- Accustomed to working in a high-paced agile environment

- Comfortable delivering and receiving constructive feedback
- Contributes energy towards creating a positive team spirit
- Advanced verbal and written English communication skills
