Be our CRO's trusted business partner and deliver the financial and analytical support necessary to evaluate Revenues strategic initiatives. We are looking for someone who understands drivers of the business area and can supply actionable insights from a financial perspective. Furthermore, you will be involved in broader initiatives outside your business area, for which we will rely on your assessments.

Primary tasks:

    • You will be part of the FP&A team supporting the growing organization
    • Support business units and management with financial steering and analysis
    • Participate in the preparation of the monthly board report
    • Improve the ongoing reporting and analysis for specific business units along with budgeting and forecast updates for these
    • Become a trusted business partner for the management team

Your Profile:

    • We expect you to have at least three years of relevant working experience as a Business Controller in a startup or similar environment
    • You have skilled experience with problem-solving and expertise from a controlling function in a medium-sized or startup company
    • The position requires skilled inquisitive and financial skills, with key financial knowledge in the areas of accounting and forecasting
    • Practical experience in cost accounting, calculation of tariffs, and project control, as well as ERP/BI tools
    • Confident to work on your initiative, being proactive, and communicating on different levels within the organization
    • Ability to maintain a global perspective, influence/impact, be service-oriented, and effectively organize change.
    • You get excited about a workday where things are moving all the time, and the implementation of structures and processes is a necessity and a big task at the same time
    • Master’s degree in controlling, finance, or related fields
    • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
    • Excel super user and good at modeling
The FP&A team is a small team with relations throughout the organization. It is informal, open to changes, and with a lot of room to maneuver.
