Are you excited about making growth through paid marketing? Veo seeks a knowledgeable Inbound Marketing Manager to guide and enhance our paid advertising and email campaign operations. Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategies for multiple paid marketing channels, including META, Google, and LinkedIn, overseeing budgets, reporting, and performance tracking.
    • Drive lead generation by attracting new contacts and re-engaging existing leads through diverse marketing channels.
    • Collaborate with agencies to effectively implement paid marketing strategies.
    • Implement split testing strategies across various paid and email platforms to enhance performance.
    • Own the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with our overall marketing goals.
    • Work closely with the website and automation teams to optimize the customer journey and conversion rates from owned channels.
    • Generate opportunities for the inbound sales team, manage the inbound sales funnel, and report on performance metrics.
    • Coordinate cross-functional work related to the inbound sales funnel, ensuring alignment across teams and departments.
    • Drive e-commerce traffic through effective paid marketing and email campaign strategies.

Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in developing and executing paid marketing campaigns.
    • Proven ability to work in a metrics-focused environment, focusing on measuring campaign impact and performance.
    • Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms like META and Google.
    • Experience with marketing automation software (Active Campaign preferred).
    • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
    • Experience working with automation tools like Zapier or Make.
    • Well-versed in conducting A/B tests, evaluating campaign performance, and creating attribution reporting.
    • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
    • Good project management, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Capable of flourishing in a rapid work atmosphere, taking the initiative individually, and contributing to the collective effort.

Performance Indicators:

    • The number of new contacts added to the marketing list.
    • Opportunities created for the inbound sales team.
    • Cost per Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL).
    • Closed-won attribution and spend efficiency.
