You are a strategic leader with a passion for technology, sustainability, and driving growth through delivered customer value. With extensive experience in customer-facing roles, you're adept at building strong relationships, maximizing customer value, and directly contributing to the company's revenue and strategic objectives.

Your Role on the Team:
As the Chief Growth Officer and Product Owner of Growth and Revenue, you will:
- Lead our go-to-market strategy, focusing on defining strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance market positioning.
- Partner with founders to identify and leverage growth opportunities, innovate go-to-market strategies, and capitalize on industry trends.
- Oversee strategic initiatives for customer experience, sales, marketing, and partnership development, ensuring alignment with Verdigris' mission and financial goals.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to develop cohesive growth strategies, enhancing the customer journey and driving organizational success.

You'll be expected to help with comprehensive reporting on various aspects of sales performance, marketing performance, customer satisfaction, customer retention, and team performance to the senior leadership and other stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies that connect our goals to Verdigris products, focusing on customer and market expansion and revenue growth.
    • Leadership: Lead and inspire a team dedicated to driving growth, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
    • Partnership Development: Cultivate enduring relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and industry leaders to drive strategic partnerships and business opportunities.
    • Revenue Operations: Oversee the implementation of processes and technologies necessary to drive revenue.
    • Opportunity Discovery: Identify and leverage cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue potential.
    • Performance Reporting: Monitor and analyze customer service metrics and KPIs, Revenue against targets, and progress against strategic plans and strategies.
    • Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior leaders, the board of directors, or external stakeholders as required.

Required Qualifications

    • 15+ years of experience in leadership roles with a focus on customer success, growth, sales and marketing in fast-growing technology companies.
    • Demonstrated ability to drive strategic planning and execution in high-growth environments.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven expertise in managing enterprise B2B customers, complex organizations, and executive-level stakeholders and ability to contribute to revenue goals.
    • Willingness to travel and meet clients face-to-face.
    • Advanced Proficiency in CRM software and business intelligence like Salesforce.
    • Resilience and flexibility to handle the pressures and challenges associated with executive responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Advanced degree or relevant work experience in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Startups.
    • Experience in the energy sector, with a deep understanding of climate and energy technologies.
