GreenTree Property Management, a Veritas Investments company, is seeking a Front Desk Clerk.

Customer Service: Greet residents, guests, and vendors with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Provide assistance and information regarding building amenities, policies, and services.  Handling mail and package delivery.
 
Resident Management:  Coordinate move-ins and move-outs and provide residents with essential building information. Ensuring proper identification and access control for building security for move-ins. Address resident concerns and provide timely resolutions, escalating to the Building Manager as needed.
 
Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling maintenance requests, processing resident inquiries.  Maintain accurate records and logs of common area inspections, move in and out inspections, & Incident Reports. Has a basic understanding of technology and applications.
 
Security & Safety: Monitor building access to ensure security protocols are followed. Assist in emergencies and work with security personnel as needed. Report any suspicious activity or security concerns. 
 
Facility Management: Oversee common area cleanliness and maintenance, reporting any issues or needed repairs to the maintenance team.  Schedule appointments for vendors and maintenance teams. Coordinate service access and ensure minimal disruption to residents.

Work Hours:
Monday4:30pm to 11pm
Tuesday 4:30pm to 11pm.
Saturday  from 9am to 4:30pm.
Sunday  from 9am to 4:30pm.
