Based in Grenoble (France), we have recently started operations our Verkor Innovation Centre (R&D centre and 4.0 pilot line).

We now focus on building the world’s most modern and efficient Gigafactory in Dunkirk (France). With this facility, our ambition is an initial annual production of 16 Gwh of lithium-ion batteries by 2025, thus powering 300,000 electric vehicles annually.

The Industrialisation Project manager is responsible for Engineering project deliveries on time, on cost, with the required quality and fulfilling the targets defined in a safe way..
 
This role is cross functional and must align the project targets with the strategy, commitments, of the team, goals of the organization and customer needs.

    • Plan and implement Projects
    • Define Project scope, goals, and deliverables through cross functional development and tracking of the cross functional project timelines
    • Define Tasks and required resources
    • Create schedules, project timelines and track deliverables
    • Support and manage Project Team
    • Support on Budget preparation and its control
    • Lead quality assurance within the project
    • Monitor and report on project progress
    • Stakeholders: definition, communication, and solutions
    • Implement and Manage Change
    • Manage Risk
    • Gatekeep the key documents and reports to support the Project
    • Support Business in projects reviews, audits, and requirements identification
    • Generate insights and comprehensive reports as necessary to drive the right actions
    • Discussions with Sub-suppliers and potential Suppliers
    • Ensure customer satisfaction

Education & Experience

    • Degree in Engineering or similar
    • Specifically trained in Project Management
    • 8+ years in project management in industrial companies
    • Knowledge of Construction, Supply Base Management, Purchasing, engineering and Manufacturing
    • Technical Familiarity with Li-ion Cell design and module design is a plus
    • Experience in Automotive or as an Automotive supplier is a plus
    • Exceptional stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills
    • Comfortable in multi-cultural environment

Skills :

    • Great written and oral communication in English
    • Ability to communicate in French
    • Strong skills as communicator with external and internal cross functional teams
    • Ability to prioritize and manage time constraints and complex situations
    • Highly execution-oriented & a pragmatic problem solver
    • Ability to work in an environment with volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity
    • Great interpersonal skills: Passionate for the project and Mission driven
    • MS Office skills and excellent presentation skills
