Based in Grenoble (France), we are currently establishing our Verkor Innovation Centre (R&D centre and 4.0 pilot line).

In the coming years, we will focus on building the world’s most modern and efficient Gigafactory in Dunkirk (France). With this facility, our ambition is an initial annual production of 16 Gwh of lithium-ion batteries by 2025, thus powering 300,000 electric vehicles annually.

A propos de ce poste :


    • We are currently looking for our next Project & Corporate Finance Project Analyst (M/F) to join our finance team based in Grenoble.
      In this role, you will carry out analytical assignments in support of several of our finance department's strategic priorities.

Missions principales :

    • Corporate finance:
    • Preparing commitment decisions at corporate and board level, with support from operational teams.
      - Cross-functional data-driven analysis
      - Sensitivities
      - Planning management
      - Risk analysis
      - Mitigation plans
      - Legal assessment
      Establish the governance set up in the CSA
      Monitor and control the company's financial and non-financial performance and project risks
      Prepare documents for key governance meetings

    • Project finance:
    • Support the financial close of the debt for our first gigafactory.
      - Lead certain due diligence workstreams (technical, market and procurement, legal, E&S, insurance)
      - Structuring internal information for the benefit of the lenders' advisors
      - Check documents relating to the project
      - Participate in debt structuring, manage creditor datarooms and bank Q&A processes
      Monitor the reporting of financial documentation to creditors, particularly on technical/E&S issues
      Liaise with creditors on key governance issues

Skills & requirements :

    • Technical background with finance skills
    • Ability to manage tight deadlines
    • Flexibility and willingness to learn and work as part of a team
    • Strong communication and leadership skills
    • Comfortable with Pack Office
    • English and French are mandatory
    • Experience in consulting, audit and transactional services is a major asset.
