Verkor is a French industrial company aiming to pioneer low-carbon battery manufacturing in France. With the backing of prominent industrial companies such as Renault Group, Plastic Omnium and Schneider Electric, Verkor intends to electrify the future of European mobility.

Our strong and agile international team continues to grow and adapt to new challenges. Based in Grenoble (France), we have recently started operations our Verkor Innovation Centre (R&D centre and 4.0 pilot line).

We now focus on building the world’s most modern and efficient Gigafactory in Dunkirk (France). With this facility, our ambition is an initial annual production of 16 Gwh of lithium-ion batteries by 2025, thus powering 300,000 electric vehicles annually.  

In joining us you will actively participate in this breathtaking industrial adventure to shape the future of European mobility.

    • Responsible for the realization of the production plan.
    • Responsible for financial indicators relating to the Manufacturing of cells and modules, Costs, cash flow.
    • Ensure smooth incoming and outgoing information flows, including the monitoring of performance indicators at the different levels of the organization.
    • Daily management control of operations.
    • Preparation and presentation of budget, forecast and month-end review.
    • Strongly involved in program review and actions related to plant readiness for new launches.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with ISO and IATF quality standards.
    • Ensure the implementation of the Verkor Excellence system in the production area.
    • Assume legal responsibilities and interface with local authorities.
    • Ensure the staffing, integration, training and development of employees.
    • Support for the management of the social climate and labor relations.

    • Degree in Engineering or related field.
    • Operational knowledge of production methods
    • Experience in compliance with safety and quality, health and environment standards.
    • Expertise in production management in manufacturing industries
    • Minimum 10 years of management experience.
    • Ability to build and manage a budget and results orientation.
    • Strong communication skills
    • Experience in social relations management
    • Ability to interact with other functions and work with employees at all levels of the organization.
