About this role :


    • We are currently looking for a Technical Cleanliness Engineer (M/F) to join our Quality team based in Grenoble (French Alps).
      As part of the Engineering Quality Team, you will participate in ensuring best-in-class battery cells and modules.
      You will use your expertise to identify all contamination-related risks, collect and analyze particles, conduct DOEs to specify the contamination impact at the product & process level, and implement countermeasures to reduce it.
      You will have at your disposal a dedicated lab to analyze the particle contamination, find the root causes, and improve the organization.

Main responsibilities :

    • Lead the cleanliness laboratory in terms of calibration and efficiency.
    • Lead the contamination follow-up (ISO 16232 and ISO 14644)
    • Realize cleanliness analyses with SEM-EDX / microscope
    • Create and maintain site contamination maps
    • Drive contamination related DOEs
    • Participate to the continuous technical cleanliness improvement plan using VDA 19
    • Train Verkor collaborators on the technical cleanliness mindset

Requirements for this role :

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, in automotive sector, or similar.
    • Fluent French & English
    • Aptitude for training and summarizing complex topics
    • Demonstrate ability to act in a changing and fast-paced environment
    • Effectively manage priorities, deliverables, and timelines with little need for escalation
    • Continuous improvement and a solution mindset
    • Highly organized, results driven and an eye for details
