About this role :

    • We are currently looking for a Process Control Engineer to join our Process team based in our gigafactory at Dunkirk (north of France).
    • As such, you are responsible for leading and managing process-related projects to ensure successful implementation, optimization, and compliance of manufacturing processes. This role combines project management, process engineering expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Main responsibilities :

    • Project Planning & Execution: develop project plans, allocate resources, and track timelines.
    • Process Support: assist engineers in implementing process improvements during projects.
    • Cross-Functional Coordination: align activities across R&D, production, quality, and supply chain.
    • Risk & Issue Management: identify project risks, propose solutions, and track corrective actions.
    • Quality & Compliance Oversight: ensure all project outputs meet regulatory and internal quality standards.
    • Reporting & Analysis: provide KPI tracking, project dashboards, and performance summaries.
    • Supervision: oversee project team activities, monitor progress, and guide project contributors.
    • Coordination: act as the central point for communication between functional teams; ensure smooth project execution.
    • Project Management: managing scope, schedule, budget, and risks for process-related projects.
    • Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: track KPIs, evaluate project outcomes, and implement improvements.

Requirements :

    • Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in chemical engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
    • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or industrial projects.
    • Proven experience in managing process-related projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
    • Strong understanding of process engineering principles (process design, scale-up, optimization).
    • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, GMP, ISO, or regulatory compliance standards.
    • Experience with data analysis tools, process simulation, and project management software.
    • Ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects on schedule and within budget.
    • Experience in risk management, resource allocation, and cross-functional coordination.
    • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Problem-solving mindset, proactive approach, and ability to work under pressure.
