We have an exciting opportunity as Supply Chain Planning Engineer H/F for our Gigafactory, our industrial site, based in Bourbourg. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing, implementing the planning process & control process of Logistics.
Responsabilities
- Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Developing/implementing the logistics/planning/procurement/shipment planning process
- Establishing a control process for these activities, continuously improving and optimizing processes.
- Implementation of systems related to this planning (WMS/ERP). Cost reduction for Supply activities
- Collaborating with other departments (IT, Logistics, others)
- Supporting WMS and ACS and MES control, data management procedure
- Data management with SAP to ensure Supply chain data integration.
- MES control support
- Implementing digitization of inbound and outbound flows
- Coordinating appropriate tools to implement process automation and digitalization (MRP/S&OP).
- Integrating all incoming/outgoing data into internal systems (i.e. SAP) to ensure everything is properly tracked in the systems.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 year higher education diploma in the field of supply chain (planning) together with a significant experience in a similar position
- Previous experience in inventory management with an ERP
- IT literacy, working knowledge with Microsoft office, WMS, TMS (Preferred)
- Strong time management skills and adaptability in quick pace environment
- Excellent oral & written communication skills in English and French
