About this role :


      • We are currently looking for our future ERP Data Integration Leader (M/F) to join our Digitalization & IT department, more specifically our Business Operations team, based in our VIC (Verkor Innovation Center) in Grenoble.
      As such, you will act as an ERP integration suite and data specialist. You will lead the integration and management of data between SAP and other internal information systems (MES, HRIS, PLM, LIMS, CMMS, etc.), external partners (API, EDI), and internal businesses that require specific data models (CDS view).

Main responsibilities :

    • Responsible for developing and maintaining SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) applications and services that support business processes and workflows.
    • Contribute to the projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams in the creation of prototypes and working models, assisting with specific components or aspects of the project.
    • Designing, developing, and maintaining data interfaces between SAP and non-SAP systems by using the SAP BTP integration suite 
    • Connect with external partners (suppliers and customers) to facilitate data exchange with Verkor (Advance Shipment Notification, forecast and order management, etc.) 
    • Ensure that data is accurately and efficiently transferred between systems; engage in testing and debugging.
    • Support business data needs related to SAP (i.e., CDS views) 
    • Assist in debugging and troubleshooting: identify and resolve software defects and issues, applying problem-solving skills to analyze complex problems and implement effective solutions.
    • Support project documentation: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, specifications, and user manuals. Ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
    • Foster effective communication: effectively communicate technical concepts and ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Collaborate with team members, including senior engineers, designers, external consultants, and project managers, to maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle. 
    • Assist in improving the maintainability and performance of existing data model and interfaces, making it easier to modify and enhance in the future. 
    • Continuously seek learning opportunities: Actively expand technical knowledge and skillset through training sessions, workshops, online courses, and self-directed learning. Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. 

Requirements :

    • Bachelor's or graduate's degree in engineering or computer science, or equivalent experience.
    • At least 2 years of experience.
    • Low-code/No-code experience.
    • Fluency in both English and French
    • Strong willingness to continuously learn new tools, systems, and technology in the cloud to stay ahead of the curve.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: adept at identifying and resolving technical challenges, with a knack for decomposing complex problems into smaller, manageable steps.
    • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality: conscientious and meticulous, ensuring that all work is completed accurately and adheres to high-quality standards.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team: capable of completing tasks independently while also collaborating effectively with team members, including senior engineers, designers, consultants, and project managers.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: effectively communicate technical concepts and ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies: embrace new technologies and rapidly grasp new concepts, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to expand knowledge.
    • Familiarity with software development methodologies: Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, or other similar project management frameworks. Ability to apply these methodologies effectively in real-world projects.
    • Understanding of software design principles and best practices.
    • SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is a plus.
    • SAP Queries and Custom CDS Views knowledge is a plus.
    • ABAP knowledge is a plus.
