Reporting directly to the Digital Authentication Manager (in Paris), you will be responsible for the Digital Authentication Team in APAC.
Your mission will be to develop the expansion of the team ensuring both Trust and Experience for our customers

What you'll do

    • You lead, manage, supervise, and develop a team composed of Digital Authenticators - 1 x Team Leader and 1 x Authentication Expert.
    • You lead Digital Authentication in APAC and oversee Worldwide Digital Authentication Operations within the weekend (due to the work shift).
    • Quality & Performance: You oversee the global performance of the team and define the right organization with efficient performance animation.
    • Expertise Quality & Performance: You develop the expertise of the team with the local Authentication Expert.
    • With the support of your manager, you define the strategy of Digital Authentication for APAC.
    • You manage the capacity plan of the team, anticipating business evolution and defining a clear hiring plan.
    • As a leader, you develop the team and their career path, while ensuring a great atmosphere with feedback culture.
    • Continuous improvement is key. You will define a strong action plan to ensure stable operational progress.

Who you are

    • You have a proven experience in team management of several years (at least 15 individuals).
    • You are comfortable with the working shift of 930am - 630pm on Saturday - Wednesday, with off days on Thursday and Friday. 
    • You have ideally, 5 years of experience in a production environment (experience in textiles or e-commerce is a plus).
    • You have a strong autonomy and make clear decisions.
    • You possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • You have excellent interpersonal and human qualities.
    • You are proactive and always focused on problem-solving.
    • You have a strong sense of customer service.
    • You have excellent analytical skills and a command of numbers.
    • You are proficient in Excel and reading dashboards.
    • You are proficient in reading, speaking, and writing in English.
    • You can prioritize and adapt in a dynamic environment.
    • Initiation into expertise and knowledge of fashion are a plus.
