About the role 🖥️
As a Senior Data Product Analyst at Vestiaire Collective, you will be instrumental in shaping our future. Reporting directly to the Head of Data Products and in collaboration with the VP of Product, you will be responsible for defining KPIs, developing insightful dashboards, and conducting in-depth data analyses. Your work will generate hypotheses and pinpoint opportunities for growth. A champion of a data-driven culture, you will ensure objective analysis of our initiatives' impact. Your primary focus will be on expanding our buyer community through a variety of Marketing Technology opportunities, including Performance Marketing, SEO, and CRM systems.

What you’ll do👜

    • Identify growth opportunities for new buyers by enhancing our SEO strategies, Performance Marketing, and CRM systems
    • Ensure precise definition and continuous monitoring of team KPIs
    • Define onsite event data to collect for both Product analytics and Marketing analytics purposes
    • Oversee the implementation and improvements of our marketing tracking systems (e.g., Adjust, CommandersAct) and lead efforts to maintain consistent data quality
    • Develop and maintain reports & dashboards to communicate key insights to stakeholders effectively
    • Conduct onsite A/B testing to validate core hypotheses and measure the impact of product changes.
    • Perform data querying and analysis to provide actionable insights for the tribe, facilitating decision-making even when A/B tests are not feasible

Who you are⭐

    • Bachelor degree in Statistics/Economy/Business (with focus on data and informatics) / Engineering or related field
    • At least 3 year of professional work experience analyzing product or user behavior
    • Strong SQL knowledge with experience in querying large, complex data sets
    • Knowledge of statistical methods and techniques, familiarity with experimentation
    • Experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Qlik, etc. - Tableau is an advantage
    • Passionate about the fashion/luxury industry
    • Knowledge of privacy constraints in marketing measurement and experience with Mobile Measurement Platforms or CRM systems like Braze is highly desirable
    • Knowledge of Marketing analytics and/or SEO analytics is highly desirable 
    • Experience working in ecommerce is a plus
