Vestiaire Collective is looking for a passionate Impact Manager to join the team in Paris

About the role 🖥️

    • As part of the impact team and reporting to our Chief Impact Officer, your role will be to support Vestiaire Collective in becoming a leader among global tech & fashion marketplaces for responsible consumption. The impact team is responsible for delivering on our mission and values: driving meaningful change in the fashion industry, by setting and tracking ambitious environmental, social and societal vision and goals.

What you will do 👜

    • Take part in building Vestiaire Collective’s Impact long term strategic vision, and oversee the unrolling of the 2024 roadmap 
    • Coordinate different internal and external stakeholders at various hierarchical positions to onboard them in the projects and vision
    • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to deliver impactful messaging and campaigns, with high potential to drive consumer change, rallying against one common enemy: overconsumption and throwaway fashion
    • Co-build and co-animate with our environmental manager our first ever carbon squad composed of VP across the company to track and deliver on our climate objectives
    • Follow and facilitate our ongoing B Corp recertification process
    • Collaborate closely with HR teams to deliver on our social priorities 
    • Propose different internal animations and trainings to raise awareness about environmental and social topics all along the year
    • Propose additional action plans aimed to improve Vestiaire Collective’s impact
    • In collaboration with the Chief Impact Officer, take part in and coordinate our influence strategy with associative, governmental and academic stakeholders (public affairs), evaluating opportunities and risks

Who you are ⭐

    • An experienced (at least 5 years) impact / sustainability / CSR project manager
    • Degree specialised in Sustainability / CSR / Change management is a plus
    • Experience in impact marketing / communication is a plus
    • Strong values and interest for the sustainability crises and ongoing societal transformations
    • A people-person, inspirational, with excellent communication skills (written & oral), able to adapt to any type of public
    • Synthetic, analytical, and organised, autonomous in the management of complex multi stakeholders projects
    • Fluent in French and English and excited to work in a multicultural environment
