Vestiaire Collective is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join the Conversion squad in Paris
The role of the Conversion Squad is to ensure a frictionless transactional experience for our buyers and sellers. You will work in a lot of different subjects like building a new payment system, integrating the fraud management system, buyer checkout, ...
What you'll do
- Design and build the future of the Buyer Experience of the Vestiaire Collective platform
- Work closely with our Product and Business counterparts to identify and deliver on key priorities and features
- Writing clean, concise, maintainable, scalable and well-tested code
- Create and maintain technical documentation
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience as a backend software engineer
- Autonomous, you take full ownership of the architecture and technical design of the code you deliver
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and associated methodologies (SOLID, Domain-Driven Design, Hexagonal Architecture, etc.)
- Professional experience in building scalable, maintainable and robust backends, preferably using PHP or Golang
- Product-driven: focused on the experience of the end-user when designing and implementing features
- Data-oriented: the candidates understand the importance of monitoring technical and business KPIs
- Strong familiarity with the Agile methodologies (SCRUM/Kanban) and their ceremonials
