Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Digital Authentication Team Lead to be based in Singapore. 

About the role
The Curation team is leading the Quality, Authentication & Selection of items listed on the platform. The Curation team builds the Vestiaire Collective catalogue according to the Website DNA. As true fashion experts, the curation team considers trends, major brands and iconic collections in order to build the most relevant catalog for our international community. This is a full-time permanent role based out of our Wework, 83 Clemenceau Avenue office reporting to the Digital Authentication Manager. 

We also invest in training our teams:
- 2 weeks on-job training will be provided by a trained authenticator.
- 1-2 weeks of shadowing by trained authenticators and on the job training
- Intense training sessions annually

What you'll do

    • Manage an authentication team in Singapore and daily activities
    • Quality management: Ability to stick to delivery promise, backlog management, contact rate under control. Team quality issues monitoring (fakes, arbitrary refusals…). Enforce authentication and flow management process and guidelines
    • Performance management: Team performances follow-up and analysis (team productivity, customer lead times monitoring), overall and individual quality monitoring
    • Run and manage your team to ensure the best place to work (daily pulse meeting, monthly team meetings, individual meetings, feedback, and annual reviews)
    • Manage hiring's in order to ensure the right capability
    • Manage absences, monitor and ensure team needs and newcomers onboardings
    • Expand team versatility using production tools
    • Make suggestions and continuously look for improvement and efficiency in order to improve our guidelines and process. Ensure a good communication within the team.
    • Collaborate with other authentication team leaders in order to work as a community and communicate the right information
    • Formalize progress reports and monitor quality and productivity KPI

Who you are

    • You have at least 3 years of experience in team management (at least 10 people) in a production environment (e-commerce or fashion industry is a plus)
    • Problem solver with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, team spirit, empathy and leadership
    • Customer service orientation
    • Analysis skills, data driven mindset, excel management and data dashboards
    • You are fully proficient in English
    • Top range ready-to-wear retail experience (Luxury brands is a plus)
    • Top range brands products knowledge, ability to analyze items and determine their origin
    • Passion and interest for fashion and trends
    • Secondhand market knowledge, Communication and team spirit
