About the role 🖥

As the Accounts Payable Accountant  you will be a member of AP Team and reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager. You will be responsible for the financial accounting of one or more entities of Vestiaire Collective.

What you will do 👜

    • Processing supplier invoices via the dematerialization tool
    • Posting of supplier invoices
    • Review, analysis and reconciliation of supplier accounts
    • Maintaining supplier master data in accounting system
    • Processing of expense reports (verification, posting and payment)
    • Supplier payments, sending payment details
    • Accounts analysis (supplier debtors, cut-off, reconciliation, etc.)
    • Participation in monthly closings

Who you are ⭐

    • You have a BTS in accounting or equivalent. 
    • You have 5 years of experience in a company in AP accounting. 
    • You are familiar with Sage and/or NetSuite, and you are comfortable with computer tools (especially Excel). 
    • Knowledge of English, both spoken and written, is essential. 
    • You are autonomous, responsible, and motivated. 
    • You are organized and rigorous.
