The Opportunity:
We’re excited to find the right Production Coordinator II to join our team! We are looking for an individual who loves to coordinate and aid in photo and video productions. To be a successful Production Coordinator in our company, this person needs to be organized, detail oriented, efficient, with an eagerness to help out on sets. This role best suits someone who has a background in pre-production and has exceptional organizational skills.
What you will do at VeSync:
- Main point of contact for outside vendors and clients including but not limited to models, locations, and crew
- Maintain regular and responsive communication between teams and supervisors via email, team chat, and regular meetings/calls
- Search for models and locations, and book on-set crews for upcoming shoots
- Assist the Producer in managing budgets and estimating production costs
- Work with the Producer and Director in coordinating equipment rentals
- Regularly update expense sheet by projects while keeping up with internal expense submission system (reimbursements, model invoices, location invoices, etc.)
- Create and manage schedules for pre-production and production days
- Assist with miscellaneous tasks on-set as needed
- Assist in maintaining the coordinator inventory/kits for regular expendables
- Manage inventory of team equipment, product samples, and props
- Update team production book and company project management platform with most current information for all bookings and project statuses
- Work with project managers to ensure product samples are ready for each shoot
- Document and maintain all necessary forms, waivers, call sheets by project on team’s internal cloud drive
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a production coordinator or similar role
- Strong team/collaborative skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Able to follow precise directions and high follow-up skills
- Able to self-manage with excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of basic set dressing and and eye for design a plus
- Able to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook a must)
- Proficient with both Mac and PC operating systems
$75,000 - $75,000 a year
Salary: $75,000+ Annually
