We are seeking a Director of Media Analytics & Campaign measurement to lead, manage, and oversee all media analytics and measurement solutions to support Vevo's Ad Sales organization. The ideal candidate will work cross functionally with sales, product, data strategy, data science, and our vendor partners to understand client measurement needs, build 1st and 3rd party solutions, and lead projects that demonstrate the effectiveness that Vevo has as an advertising network.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in our New York City office.
As a member of our team, you will:
- Drive analytical insights and strategic thinking on media performance and campaign measurement, using data to inform media plans, optimize strategies, and improve overall campaign effectiveness
- Oversee the development of media reporting strategies, measurement frameworks, and analytics models, including but not limited to setting measurement KPIs and conducting regular analyses to adjust and optimize campaigns
- Work closely with internal teams, including data strategy, ad tech, pricing planning & inventory, and other analytics teams, to synthesize insights into actionable strategies
- Collaborate with global and local sales teams and client contacts to ensure consistent, effective, and optimized campaign execution
- Drive campaign optimization strategies for clients
- Act as a resource for clients regarding media strategy and performance, providing recommendations for campaigns focused on full-funnel measurement
- Develop comprehensive consumer profiles through data integration, privacy & compliance, attribution modeling, and personalization
- Build, coach and guide high performing teams + stay on top of industry trends
This describes you:
- You have the ability to translate data analysis into actionable insights and strategies, effectively communicating them to both internal teams and clients.
- You have an analytical mindset with the ability to identify key factors that influence media performance and develop solutions that align with business objectives
- You possess strong knowledge of the multi-platform media and content landscape, emerging technologies and methodologies, cultural trends, and current industry challenges
- You have a strong understanding and experience in advanced advertising, including targeting solutions and measurement, with expertise in addressable, programmatic, and data-driven campaigns
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in media analytics, with expertise in digital campaign measurement and optimization
- Experience with B2B marketing, as well as cross-channel measurement and attribution
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical techniques, with experience in data processing and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and statistical software like SPSS or SAS
- Knowledge of digital performance measurement data and syndicated media research systems

The pay range for this position is: $150,000-$170,000 per year. Please note that the foregoing compensation information is a good-faith assessment associated with this position only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Transparency Law.
