The Opportunity

As Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you will focus on closing corporate deals to help companies reach their global growth ambitions. You’ll deal with interesting companies from all over the world looking to make their organizations more global.

You’ll thrive in this role if you are “obsessed with customers.” Being a natural and charismatic sales person is a must. You can easily empathize with and understand customer needs. you are responsive and resourceful in reacting to customer questions. You communicate our value proposition with clarity and strength. You enjoy proactively identifying opportunities to deliver more and better solutions to clients and employees across multiple countries and executing on those opportunities end-to-end. You also have a keen sales intuition to develop strategies and coach others to help scale our sales efforts as our organization grows.

What You’ll Do:

    • Close new business and upsell existing accounts
    • Prospect and close new enterprise client accounts, keenly understanding our value prop, product, and differentiation
    • Leverage your network and relationships to bring new customers to Via
    • Sell Via products successfully across a wide range of clients, achieving clear sales quotas
    • Become an expert communicator of Via’s value proposition and differentiation, as well as the functionality of our platform
    • Build materials and resources as needed to close sales with clients 
    • Develop subject matter expertise on PEO industry across markets Drive sales growth
    • Find opportunities to upsell and increase profitability of your client relationships
    • Support the growth of our sales team, working with founders on strategy and processes to take commercial efforts to the next level of growth

What You’ll Bring to Via:

    • 3+ years as Account Executive selling to enterprise clients
    • Experience in growth-stage or early stage startup a plus
    • Proven track record in selling new services to different customer segments 
    • Fluency in English (Native or perfect written and verbal)
    • Experience in HR space or selling SaaS product a plus
    • Experience across multiple geographies 
    • Sharp sales and customer intuition to solve customers’ pain points
