Via is a digital employer-of-record platform. We help companies build their own teams in new countries as simply as if they were doing it in their HQ by leveraging Via local entities to legally employ teams on companies' behalf and integrating to local payroll and local benefits on platform, enabling companies to set up a team in a new country in 48 hrs with none of the red tape.

We are looking for a sales-driven professional who is excited about building a sales career and enjoys creating meaningful connections. You will launch a key part of the Sales team at a fast-growing startup and create the engine to drive predictable business leads for exciting startups around the world who are interested in solutions offered by Via. You will work closely with the rest of the sales team and founders to develop tactics that create quality business leads and take the company to its next phase of growth.   

Role & Responsibilities

    • Develop tools and processes for lead gen automation 
    • Build a tools to generate high quality leads, starting with a Linkedin tool to find companies with high likelihood of hiring in given target countries
    • Scrape and collect data from multiple sources to develop effective sales campaigns and determine quality of leads with greater predictability 
    • Analyze data from sales process and databases to make lead generation more effective

What you bring

    • Deep technical experience in automated lead generation
    • Ability to autonomously develop automated lead gen tools, software and processes to drive results
    • Proven track record of developing crawlers, scraping tools and other software that generate predictable high quality leads
    • Experience in growth-stage or early stage startup a plus
    • Interest in building a product to enable multi-country sales and become part of a growth stage sales team in a global startup
