The Opportunity

What You’ll Do:

    • Lead talent acquisition strategy and execution, working closely with the leadership team
    • Responsible for full cycle recruitment needs such as maintaining strong pipelines, interviewing potential candidates, and executing end-to-end processes
    • Work closely with management team to hire strategic roles and grow the organization in a hyper-growth stage, hiring top talent for key organization functions 
    • Design and implement processes to attract, retain, and develop top global talent at Via
    • Diversify and expand our talent attraction strategies
    • Create a best-in-class onboarding experience 
    • Conduct staff selection and interviews, managing agencies or other support as needed
    • Build on our culture of global souls by developing high-impact solutions for companies and employees around the world
    • Work with internal and external partners to run and manage HR management processes
    • Maintain strong pipeline of candidates for all open positions; own our ATS; review & assess resumes; conduct interviews, references, & background checks; draft and negotiate job offers
    • Find creative ways to source top talent, develop relationships with partners (school boards, job posts, etc) and communicate Via’s brand to candidates in a compelling way

What You’ll Bring to Via:

    • 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter in an agency, startup, or corporation managing end-to-end recruiting processes with impressive track record. Global experience and experience at tech startups is a plus 
    • You are a self-starter and excel at taking challenges from the abstract need to putting together a practical plan of how to get it done
    • You have experience with startups and tech startup culture
    • You are a global soul and like connecting with people from across the world 
    • You’re very detail-oriented and an excellent executor
    • You’re passionate about creating seamless and impactful employee experiences
    • You collaborate effectively with other team members and create strong internal and external alliances
    • You’re pragmatic when it comes to solving problems, passionate about creating a great employee experience & company culture, and diligent about ensuring excellence
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Advanced English, other languages a plus
