The Position

ViaBill is looking for a Marketing Lead for North America, based in New York. This position will be in charge of tailoring and executing the ViaBill marketing strategy in the region while prioritizing and optimizing the key levers for growing our business. This is a critical role as it interfaces between ViaBill users and our e-commerce partners to cultivate the ViaBill brand and build demand for the service. This position calls for a combination of strategic planning and analytics, business development, marketing, and leadership so you should love solving problems, thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a deep understanding of the technical (SEO, SEM, SOME), and above all be passionate about growth.
As Marketing Lead for North America, you will oversee the marketing team and lead initiatives that span experience, brand, content, campaigns, and conversion analytics.

What you’ll do

Define the strategy, develop campaigns across channels for success based on consumer insights and competitive context and align key stakeholders
Proactively find new opportunities for growth and efficiency gains
Coordinate and evaluate external marketing teams
Build high-quality toolkits to scale marketing programs, create and set processes that address local needs in a standardized manner
Execute, manage and support a wide variety of local marketing campaign requests across media
Document marketing best practices and create resource guides for stakeholders to leverage in marketing efforts
Develop and implement tactical plans and day-to-day activities of marketing initiatives/campaigns

What we look for

Minimum 3 years of experience working with multiple marketing channels
You know how to meticulously unpack the key levers for growing a business through keen analysis and scientific experimentation
You have experience with SAAS marketing, lead development and inbound inquiries
You have experience with B2B marketing strategies
You naturally take a scientific and highly analytical approach to everything you do
You have experience leading a data-driven marketing strategy using a wide range of available quantitative insights (surveys, focus groups, A/B testing, ad-hoc analysis)
You have strong written communication skills, especially in the context of consumer marketing.  
You’ll define the tone of the ViaBill communication and will be supervising the creation of user content
You have high standards for everything you do and dig into the details to assure that your team’s output consistently meets a high bar
You know what goes into a great photo, you can create beautiful print layouts, and you can’t wait to draw out the beauty in everyday dining experiences and use it to create a compelling story for our users
