    • Lead the design and architecture of new site builds, including physical and virtual environments
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable infrastructure solutions
    • Conduct deep analysis of system logs to identify and resolve complex issues
    • Serve as an escalation point, offering technical guidance to Support Engineers
    • Provide on-site and remote technical support for both system and network level troubleshooting as needed

GREAT TO HAVE

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems administration
    • Proven experience architecting, designing, building and deploying virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, etc.
    • Experience architecting, designing, building and deploying storage and backup solutions and strategies for enterprise environments such as Veeam, NAS/SAN, etc.

    • Security-conscious by default — you build with threat modeling, data protection, and least privilege in mind
    • Excellent communication and documentation skills with a collaborative approach to cross-functional engineering work
