About the Role
Via Separations’ technology is the first commercial implementation of membranes in several difficult to decarbonize industries. The Engineering Project Manager will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers to develop and deliver industrial-scale filtration systems to customers. This role has enormous growth potential as Via continues to grow rapidly, scale systems and expand our scope.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage the schedule and budget of engineering deliverables for complex industrial-scale filtration system projects
- Establish project cadences and effectively coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including customers, suppliers, and engineering contractors
- Define the detailed engineering work plan including milestones, deliverables, and risks
- Foresee and tackle roadblocks throughout the project lifecycle
- Actively participate in product design activities and reviews ensuring high quality standard and compliance
The ideal candidate will have most, if not all, of these qualifications:
- 2+ years of project management experience
- BS/MS in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar technical fields.
- You love getting into the details, organizing information, and guiding team members to achieve a collective goal
- You thrive in a collaborative yet informally structured environment
- U.S. Work Authorization is required for this role
