Summary/Objective:
The Outlet Store Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations to meet and exceed sales goals, and customer company expectations.

Essential Functions:
· Manage the Outlet team members including recruitment, training, performance reviews and ensure that work is accomplished accurately and efficiently; take corrective action to manage performance as appropriate
· Coordinate scheduling to ensure proper coverage; approve all PTO and sick leave requests
· Handle any customer issues/escalations regarding orders, quality of product, etc.
· Oversee and/or perform closing duties (count and close registers, place daily deposit in safe, straighten/organize entire store, ,
· Manage any damaged inventory with internal procedure
· Oversee bank deposits
· Communicate low inventory levels by category
· Maintain excellent knowledge of all company's products and policies; establishes and communicates all Retail Outlet department policy and procedures
· Continuously evaluate department operations and make necessary process improvements to improve department productivity
· May perform other duties as assigned in support of the overall success of the company

· Experience with Shopify POS, label scanners credit card readers and printers and usage for product & inventory management

Work Environment:
· The environment is not temperature controlled. May be exposed to factors such as temperature extremes, moving machinery and loud noise
· Standing and walking for lengthy periods, sitting intermittently
· Use office equipment such as computer, mouse, keyboard, printer
· Occasionally lift or pull up to 20 pounds

Education and Experience:
· High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
· 1 – 3 years prior experience in retail store management
· Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language fluently, and communicate verbally and in writing at a professional level

Expected Hours of Work:
· This is a full-time position; work schedule is Wednesday through Sunday.
· Will be expected to be present and manage opening and closing procedures
$50,000 - $65,000 a year
