The Key Holder is responsible for providing a positive shopping experience for customers, ensuring a clean, safe and aesthetically pleasing sales floor and meeting sales goals. This position represents the VICI brand by creating an exceptional customer experience that leaves a lasting impression and serves as backup to management on an as needed basis.


Essential Functions:

    • Supports and/or performs opening duties on behalf of management (i.e. open registers, “mini floorset” with new collection, rearrange any racks/tables that don’t align with daily collection, restock products and supplies)
    • Supports and/or performs closing duties on behalf of management (count and close registers, place daily deposit in safe, straighten/organize entire store and back room, take full hanger hampers to the back for warehouse team to pick up in AM, send closing text to entire team with daily updates/any items needing to be restocked in the morning and communicating any issues needing to be addressed)
    • ·       Ensures sales floor is clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing at all times
    • ·       Follows "VICI five-star service expectations" when greeting and supporting customers
    • ·       Handles all customer issues regarding orders and returns; escalates customer concerns with urgency
    • ·       Style and sell product to customers in person and over the phone; meets or exceeds sales goals
    • ·       Package, label, and ship any phone orders
    • ·       Acts as backup to management on an as needed basis
    • ·       Maintain excellent knowledge of all company's products and department policies
    • ·       Makes recommendations to improves processes that will improve department productivity
    • May perform other duties as assigned in support of the overall success of the company

    • Work Environment:
    • Works in an indoor environment, temperature controlled
    • Standing and walking for long periods, sitting intermittently
    • Use office equipment such as computer, mouse, keyboard, printer
    • Occasionally lift or pull up to 30 pounds

      Education and Experience:
    • High school diploma required
    • 1-3 years prior experience in retail
    • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language fluently, and communicate verbally and in writing at a professional level

    • Expected Hours of Work:
    • This is a full-time position, work schedule may include evenings and weekends
    • 40 hours a week, Morning Shift and Afternoon Shift.
