The VICI brand has a strong e-commerce presence and sells 90% of its product online, which is shipped from its corporate warehouse located in Concord, CA.
VICI’s brand was created based on trends the founders saw after the 2009 recession. Consumers were becoming cautious about spending, yet women’s desire for affordable fashion remained. Posting 20 new looks each day on Instagram and Facebook, women are consistently inspired to create their own personal style through looks from VICI’s brand.

This position will be responsible for supporting business strategies and related financial processes through budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting.This position will be responsible for supporting business strategies and related financial processes through budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting.

Essential Functions:

    • ·       Support activities related to planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes including a complete understanding of key business drivers to provide valuable insights for all VICI products and locations
    • ·       Provide analytical support to department leaders during budgeting process
    • ·       Support corporate finance in the monthly close process; generate and distribute reports and financial statements
    • ·       Analyze risks to remaining year plan/budget; identify opportunities to resolve performance gaps
    • ·       Analyze variances, explain and resolve fluctuations between forecast and actual
    • ·       Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in financial performance
    • ·       Identify and support continual process and procedure improvements
    • ·       Partner with functional areas to develop and maintain a deep understanding of key business drivers for the function, specific business processes and priorities, and future strategic direction of the functional area
    • ·       May perform other duties as assigned in support of the overall success of the company

    • ·       Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with Windows
    • ·       Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
    • ·       Knowledge of standard applications (Slack, Office365, Chrome, etc.)

Work Environment:

    • ·       Works in an indoor office/home office environment, temperature controlled
    • ·       Sit for long periods, standing and walking intermittently
    • ·       Use office equipment such as computer, mouse, keyboard, printer

Education and Experience:

    • ·       Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (or equivalent work experience)
    • ·       3-5 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
    • ·       Prior experience in e-commerce, retail or consumer product industry desired
    • ·       Familiarity with NetSuite software (or similar platforms) and excel

Expected Hours of Work:

    • This is a full-time position.
