The VICI brand has a strong e-commerce presence and sells 90% of its product online, which is shipped from its corporate warehouse located in Concord, CA.

An Inventory Control Administrative Assistant is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory counts. Their duties include problem solving, researching products, data entry, order cancelations and inventory adjustments. The Administrative Assistant must have great attention to detail and accuracy.  

Essential Functions:

    • ·       Thoroughly research and process order issues
    • ·       Enter data accurately in shared excel files
    • ·       Ability to accurately adjust inventory in the system
    • ·       Assist in pulling, sorting, and updating marketing orders as needed
    • ·       Locate product to the appropriate areas according to procedure.
    • ·       Cycle count inventory according to established guidelines and assist with developing actions to correct inventory problems.
    • ·       Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management.
    • ·       Continue to grow lean knowledge and use the tools to identify and assist with continuous improvement.
    • ·       Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
    • ·       Other tasks/duties based on business needs.

Competencies:

    • ·       Good Math Skills
    • ·       Proficient in Microsoft office (ex. excel, word, outlook)
    • ·       Detail-Oriented
    • ·       Ability to maintain accurate records
    • ·       Good Communication and Organizational skills
    • ·       Fast Paced Environment

Work Environment:

    • ·       Varies by business needs: Sitting for long periods of time. Standing/walking occasionally. 
    • ·       Using office equipment such as computer, mouse, keyboard, printer
    • ·       Warehouse environment with varying temperatures
    • ·       Occasionally lift or move up to 40 pounds

    • Education and Experience:
    • 2 to 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    • Current Hours of Work:
    • Regular hours are: 8am-430pm
