Job Responsibilities:
- Must be able to safely and comfortably walk a roof
- Excellent technical abilities
- Valley repair
- Ridge repair
- Chimney flashing
- Fascia repair
- Pipe flashings
- Siding
- Minor carpentry work
- On roofs ranging from 2/12 to 24/12 (this is a shingled roof position)
- Install blown-in insulation in attics and other designated areas
Requirements:
- Must have clean driving record
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Must have small hand tools (all other tools provided)
- Ability to be work safely in a fast paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently, greater than 75 lbs. occasionally
- Great communication skills with both customers & co-workers
- Ability to manage time and schedule efficiently
- Be able to work early mornings and late evenings
- Must have residential roofing experience
Preferred Skills:
- Construction background
- EPDM, TPC, other Flat Roof
- Metal work
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday, weekends as needed

$22 - $32 an hour
The hourly rate will be determined based on experience after an in-office workmanship test
