THE POSITION
Hiring Immediately: Victory Home Remodeling is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us build our winning team. In this role, you’ll identify top-tier talent, conduct impactful interviews, and create unforgettable candidate experiences that reflect the Victory brand.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Recruiting Team and Hiring Managers to build a high-performance, culture-first workforce. Key Responsibilities
🚀 Full-Cycle Recruitment
Source, screen, and schedule high-potential candidates for Victory's sales, support, and operations roles
Conduct energetic first-round interviews focused on culture fit, coachability, and drive
Deliver our story with passion: Clearly communicate Victory’s mission, values, and massive growth opportunity
Own the candidate journey — from initial contact to offer — ensuring a high-touch, high-excitement experience
🤝 Strategic Talent Partnership
Partner with department heads to understand team needs and hiring goals
Recommend sourcing strategies and process improvements to increase hiring velocity and quality
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in every stage of the recruiting process
📊 Metrics & Performance
Track pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-fill
Hit weekly interview and hire targets while maintaining candidate quality
Maintain accurate data and notes in Lever (or current ATS)

What You Bring to the Table
2–4 years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
Proven track record of sourcing, interviewing, and closing top talent
Excellent communicator with an energetic, confident phone presence
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
Familiarity with ATS systems, especially Lever, is a plus
Passionate about people, culture, and personal development
