You’ll set direction, align stakeholders and lead product strategy for critical workflows, tools and systems that power the business. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you’ll define business impact, lead cross-functional teams and ensure execution, while building scalable systems and leveraging new technologies- including AI, to enhance experiences across our ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

    • Define and evangelize product strategy that aligns with company priorities and drives measurable outcomes.
    • Translate product initiatives into clear business impact- improving client ROI, member health and operational efficiency.
    • Lead multiple agile product squads with design, engineering and operations partners to deliver high-quality solutions.
    • Own and prioritize product backlogs; scope initiatives and proactively manage risks to ensure timely delivery.
    • Establish and track KPIs that connect product work to company-level goals.
    • Create scalable systems, workflows and frameworks that reduce manual effort and drive efficiency across stakeholders.
    • Partner with engineering to design reusable architectures, automation and tools that accelerate development.
    • Build trust and alignment across clinical operations, client success, engineering, marketing, finance and executive stakeholders.
    • Clearly articulate product vision, tradeoffs and decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Serve as a bridge between on-the-ground needs and strategic company priorities.
    • Identify opportunities to embed AI and automation in workflows, analytics and decision support.
    • Adapt product strategy to new data, evolving market conditions or organizational shifts.
    • Evangelize innovation while ensuring pragmatic execution in healthcare contexts.

Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of Product Management experience with increasing scope and responsibility.
    • BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required; MBA preferred.
    • Demonstrated success creating and executing product strategy that delivers measurable business impact.
    • Strong technical foundation and experience partnering closely with engineering teams on backend systems, data workflows and APIs.
    • Experience with healthcare data and workflows (eligibility, claims, Rx) strongly preferred.
    • Track record of working with large datasets, analytics and data science to inform product decisions.
    • Proficiency with modern product and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, GitHub, Tableau, Figma/Sketch).
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
    • Passion for digital health and driving innovation at the intersection of healthcare and technology.
