Health Guide

Why are you interested in the Health Guide role?
Are you aware this is a full time outbound call center position and therefore, you would be required to handle 10-20 calls per hour based on call length?
If applying to Bilingual role: are you a fluent communicator in Spanish? Both written and verbal?
Are you able to work 1130am-8pm Eastern Monday-Friday and are you able to start within the next 2-3 weeks if selected?
Are you able to work in a 6 month temp to permanent position? (FTE benefits would be offered once you transition to employment within 3-6 months of start date, PTE benefits offered until then)
Do you live in any of these states? While Vida provides services throughout the US (only) we are not registered in hiring in the following states: HI, RI, VT, DE, DC, WV, ID, WY, IN, ND, OK, LA, MS, SD.
Please summarize length and responsibilities of prior Call Center, Sales and/or Health and Wellness background.
What is your approach to handling customer objections? Provide an example/scenario of you managing customer pushback/rebuttal in a previous job.
Do you have experience using a Macbook & G-Suite: sheets/forms/docs/drive?
