The Clinical Administrative Operations Lead plays a key role in the administrative management and clinical operations of the service line and Vida Medical Providers (VMPs).

Responsibilities:

    • Manage and facilitate onboarding from start to finish including but not limited to: welcome emails/meetings, managing assigned trainings, coordinating and scheduling shadowing and chart review sessions, adding and updating licensure in Vida systems, calendar/shift setup and creating provider profiles.
    • Medical Provider Shift management inclusive of time-card and calendar management and Remote Patient Monitoring schedule and assignments.
    • Monitor provider capacity/availability and flex shifts/hiring recommendations accordingly.
    • Coordinate patient movements and rescheduling as needed to accommodate.
    • Support providers in navigating Vida’s programs and technology including prescribing interface.
    • Support development of new provider trainings, updates and clinical tools.
    • Assist with prescription approval flows and processes.
    • Assist with ongoing licensure and physician collaboration management as requested by Credentialing Coordinator.
    • Assist Prescribing Service Line Director with ongoing quality assurance through an auditing process including scheduling monthly auditing meetings and communicating results of non-clinical audits with providers.
    • Monitor VMP performance on key metrics relevant to Vida’s standards.
    • Coordinate with Supervising Physicians on performance management and PIPs for low performers as needed.
    • Drive investigations and responses to customer inquiries and escalations.
    • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.
    • Nursing degree and experience as a nursing supervisor a plus.
    • Experience working in Clinical Practice Administration and Operations a plus.
    • Passionate about technology and able to learn quickly.
    • Proficiency with Mac laptop, Google Suite including Gmail, Google Calendars, G-sheets, Google Docs and Slack.
    • Detail oriented, organized and efficient.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced, quickly growing and evolving environment.
    • Experience working in a Telehealth environment.
    • Experience working with and supporting Physicians and NPs.
    • Familiarity with medical terminology.
$80,000 - $90,000 a year
