About this Position:
As the Clinical Operations Manager you will help shape the future of oral care by combining your own excellence in dentistry, best practices in managing a team of dental consultants, and close collaboration with technical Machine Learning (ML) and Product teams. Your clinical expertise will aid the ML team in identifying key features that correspond to disease in dental x-rays and dental data. You will drive a team of consultants in labeling x-rays, where you will lead the charge to screen, train, and promote QA/QC best practices to deliver high quality labeled data. You’ll work tightly to handoff annotated images to the ML team, where your expertise will help to deliver models with real world impact. Your clinical and critical thinking skills will help steer product and regulatory strategy, as well as support sales in prospective calls and conferences.

We are looking for an individual with a strong dentistry background who is not shy to take proactive responsibilities in pursuit of operational success across the organization. This individual will bring nuanced clinical input to Product and Machine Learning decisions. This is an impactful role that will grow your technical skills and ultimately improve the quality of dental care millions of people receive.

Hard skills you bring...

    • US Dentist License.
    • Minimum of 1 year experience as a dentist, additional a plus.
    • A structured approach to breaking apart complex problems.
    • Experience with QA/QC processes.
    • Any Project Management or Consulting experience is a plus.
    • Experience hiring, onboarding, and leading a team of consultants is a plus.
