About The Role
We are looking for a true creative professional who thrives in designing dynamic, compelling, and high performing digital materials. You will be responsible for working collaboratively with the Design, Marketing, and Sales teams to develop and execute digital assets from concept to completion. This is a real hands-on opportunity and requires a personality that can blend both creative direction and implementation. Our ideal Designer will exhibit a sense of style coupled with a mastery of The Adobe Suite, Keynote, Sketch, and other leading design tools for print and digital media. We’re also hoping to find someone who not only has experience generating results across: email, website, social media, and other channels, but who is continuously looking to broaden their horizons, eager to take on new challenges, and sincerely wants to mark on a brand looking to start a revolution in its industry. The perfect candidate will have excellent work samples plus a  degree in graphic design, digital arts, a similar discipline, or significant professional experience. If you also have experience in  motion graphics, print/production management, videography and/or photography those a very big pluses. You will also be required to quickly develop a crystal-clear understanding of brand image and design within the appropriate brand standards and voice, along with being able to work fluidly in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Arts or a similar discipline and 2+ years professional experience including experience with software or working with/for technology companies
    • Creative range and versatility with proven ability to create successful digital campaigns and Sales collateral
    • Excellent graphic design and typography skills
    • Exceptional organization and communication skills, highly detail oriented
    • Ability to work well in teams and with others that may have diverse personalities, backgrounds and disciplines
    • Understanding of print production
    • Ability to function in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
    • Ability to work on-site in an open-plan office environment.
    • Extensive knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, PowerPoint, and Sketch

Required Skills

    • Create compelling and progressive brand imagery that drives KPIs and is aligned with brand positioning
    • Support the brand with primarily digital collateral and some print and visual merchandising materials as needed
    • Simultaneously produce multiple projects efficiently with fast-moving timelines
    • Content design and production for web, social media, other digital outlets and print, as required
    • Help define design templates and style guides for brand
    • Work closely with Design and Marketing teams  to manage use of brand messaging, voice imagery, styles, color, etc.  according to brand standards
    • Oversee and facilitate projects from conception, design through production
    • Stay on top of digital design trends and technologies
    • Ability to work with other creative professionals and senior executives
    • Support the Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams as a team player in all initiatives
