The Position

    • VideoAmp is looking for an experienced Client Success leader with technical expertise in ad tech and TV to support the success of our clients on the platform.
    • This role will lead a team of Enterprise Client Success Managers that are dedicated to delivering successful outcomes for users of our platform.
    • Conduct thorough on-boarding and service end user clients to ensure successful execution of cross screen measurement planning and activation programs
    • Identify feature requests and product improvements by engaging with clients
    • Be able to diagnose problems, troubleshoot and solve technical issues that arise for clients

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 6+ years previous work in relevant client service or client success roles
    • 3+ years managing a team of relevant technical account support
    • Strong technical understanding of data driven advertising ecosystem, experience within linear AND digital advertising desirable!
    • Passion for driving adoption of SaaS solutions that automate traditional media planning, measurement and activations
    • Bring a revenue and growth oriented attitude to the role
    • Ability to think critically about both client needs and internal solutions
    • Possess strong work ethic and autonomous initiative
    • Desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Salary Range: Commensurate with experience
