The Role
Vidsy is hiring a Director of Revenue Marketing to join our growing team.  You’ll work closely with our VP of Marketing, and act as a senior figure within the marketing organization, taking ownership of marketing leads to help attract, convert, and grow Vidsy’s client base. This person will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategy, resources, go-to-market activities, goals, and campaign effectiveness.

What you will be doing

    • Running, fostering and overseeing our marketing programs (ABM strategy, event marketing, customer marketing, partner marketing and pipeline support/acceleration), initially from an IC position, but with a view to grow a Team in the future.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal partners, product, and marketing.
    • Try new and creative tactics, develop 1:1, and 1: few programs crafted to penetrate targeted accounts, as well as encouraging loyalty to Vidsy as a supplier.
    • Provide data and insights on strategic accounts, as well as contacts within these accounts.
    • Playing a critical part in helping our Commercial Team (BDR & Sales) drive leads into and through the funnel in creative, out of the box ways. 
    • Create value for the prospects and customers across every campaign. touchpoint, from online ad to in-person events.
    • Partner with stakeholders across all levels to manage priorities, develop effective processes, and drive cross-functional event initiatives.
    • Measure and report upon KPIs from marketing programs and provide thoughtful recommendations based on data-backed insights and qualitative feedback.

Knowledge/Skills Required

    • 7+ years (or equivalent) experience in demand generation/enterprise marketing/revenue marketing roles.
    • Experience & expertise managing and growing a successful marketing team.
    • Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting in executive-level settings.
    • Ability to tie marketing investment & performance to sales pipeline results.
    • Experience with ABM platforms is ideal.
    • Marketing experience within a SaaS, AdTech, MarTech or related field is highly preferred.

As a business Vidsy believes in the power of in-person connection and collaboration, but also recognises that the majority of work undertaken by our team can be done so effectively and efficiently in a remote environment. For that reason we're spearheading a 'virtual first' environment, meaning our Team will work remotely the majority of the time - with the right kit and setup to ensure they can do so productively - with 'hubs' for in-person collaboration and team gatherings.

For our New York and California based Teams our hubs will be NYC and LA, meaning we welcome applications from across those respective States, as long as you're open to travel into your regional hub, as and when needed.
