The Role
As the Senior Product Manager for our Client-Side products you’ll oversee the shaping and delivery of B2B products and solutions that allow major brands to seriously scale the impact of their digital ad creative, without having to scale their teams. You’ll work as part of a multi-disciplinary squad, and report to our Chief Product & Technology Officer.

What You'll Be Doing

    • Developing a deep understanding of how our creative ecosystem can enable brands to deliver more effective, efficient and agile digital ad creative 
    • Testing and shaping products and solutions that are valuable, viable, usable and feasible
    • Creating a compelling product roadmap that provides clear milestones and key results
    • Providing a sharp delivery focus to ensure that your squad regularly delivers valuable new products and features
    • Working closely with our Creative team to ensure your products beneficially disrupt clients’ long established processes and practices 
    • Working closely with our Commercial team to ensure your products drive commercial growth

Requirements

    • 4+ years (or equivalent) as a Product Manager, shaping and delivering disruptive B2B products 
    • Demonstrated proficiency in the techniques and methods of modern product management and dual-track agile 
    • A track record of being able to figure out solutions to hard problems, and to lay out your proposed solutions in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative 
    • A natural self-starter with a strong bias to action
    • Proven ability to engage with colleagues, senior internal stakeholders and customers in constructive and collaborative relationships

Nice To Have

    • Experience of digital advertising, social and content landscapes
    • Experience in a rapidly scaling technology start-up

As a business Vidsy believes in the power of in-person connection and collaboration, but also recognises that the majority of work undertaken by our team can be done so effectively and efficiently in a remote environment. For that reason we're spearheading a 'virtual first' environment, meaning our Team will work remotely the majority of the time - with the right kit and setup to ensure they can do so productively - with 'hubs' for in-person collaboration and team gatherings.

For our UK based Team our hub will be London, meaning we welcome applications from across the UK as long as you're open to travel into London, as and when needed.
