The Role
Vidsy is seeking an experienced Resource Manager for a parental cover within our growing team. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our Creative teams operate as a collaborative, efficient, and consistent unit.

You'll oversee creative resourcing for our UK Hub of ~30 people, working closely with the NYC Resource Manager. Your remit spans resource planning, capacity and utilisation management, and data-driven optimisation of how our Creative team works. You’ll not just allocate you’ll analyse, spot patterns, test new approaches, and help us make smarter decisions about how we work.


What You'll Be Doing

    • Resource planning Working with Client Solutions Managers to allocate projects for Creative Leads and Motion Designers.
    • Data driven solutions Use past project data to identify trends, create hypotheses, and recommend resource strategies that increase efficiency and output quality.
    • Defining resource expectations Qualify requests and check timelines and proposing alternative where not viable.
    • Capacity and utilisation management Monitor, forecast, and optimise team capacity based on current and upcoming workloads.
    • Problem solving Partner with teams to resolve resourcing challenges, balancing priorities and deadlines.
    • Collaborate with the NYC Resource Manager to share resource build insightful resourcing reports and track performance metrics.
    • Internal relationships Ensure smooth collaboration and clear communication between teams and disciplines

Required Experience

    • 4+ years’ experience (or equivalent) in Resource and/or Traffic Planning.
    • Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting and applying data to guide resource decisions.
    • Ability to form and test hypotheses based on past project performance to continuously improve planning and delivery.
    • Exceptional eye for efficiency and consistency, coupled with best-in-class problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with Creative and Client Solutions teams at all levels.
    • Hands-on experience with workflow and/or resource management tools.

Nice To Have

    • Experience Airtable.
    • Experience in resourcing teams based in multiple locations.
    • Prior experience working within an advertising, tech and/or growing start-up environment.
